Book follow-up sessions at your own pace and on an as-needed bases.

During this session, we will do a complete assessment. I would love to get to know who you are and what you would like to get out of our work together. We’ll chat about your experience with whatever you’re here to see me for, be it relationship with food, eating and body image or other health concerns. I will answer any questions you may have, share useful resources and together we will create a plan for the present and future.

Book at your pace. Together we will share an hour to dive deeper into your concerns and address barriers to change. This length of follow-up is also well-suited to individuals with complex nutrition needs or simply want more time with their dietitian. During these sessions, we will continue to get to the root of your nutrition-related challenges. I will provide tools and resources to guide you to uncover your values, get clear on your goals and overcome barriers.

You’ll have my unlimited support and guidance between sessions with access to a HIPPA secure client portal. Once you complete the onboarding process, you will have access to secure messaging, telehealth capability, ability to view and share documents, submit reflection journals, and much more. I will also use this space to share comments on entries for real-time feedback and accountability.
